What's your ambition?
Not "what AI opportunity are you chasing?" What's the bigger picture you're trying to reach? AI is a means, not a destination.
Most AI projects start with technology looking for a problem. Ours start with strategy. Five questions, in plain language, before any line of code is written.
Before we implement AI, let's understand where you want to go.
Every organization is different. Before recommending technology, we examine your people, your processes, your domain knowledge, your constraints, and your ambitions. That is why our engagements start with questions, not catalog items.
AI implementation shouldn't be a technology project looking for a problem. It should be part of your company's vision and strategy.
But I don't know your business better than you do. You are the expert in your sector. The questions, the customers, the constraints. Those are yours.
I understand what AI and agentic systems can do, and just as importantly, where they shouldn't be used. The strategy question is yours. The technology execution is mine.
You bring the knowledge
Your sector, your customers, the constraints, the ambition. The strategy question is yours.
I bring the technology
What AI and agentic systems can do, and where they shouldn't be used.
One process. Prove the value. Then build.
The only place we start
Not "what AI opportunity are you chasing?" What's the bigger picture you're trying to reach? AI is a means, not a destination.
Where in your business are you losing time, capacity, or knowledge right now? AI work well begins by naming the leak, not by admiring the available pumps.
When AI takes over repetitive tasks, what happens in your business next? Where does that capacity get reused, and does it actually serve the strategy?
Are you embedding AI inside your existing workflows, or just giving your team AI tools? Both can work, but they're very different engagements.
What should we build, what should we adapt, and what is better left alone? Not every problem is an AI problem. Some are just decisions waiting to be made.
During a consultancy project, our questions are meant to answer at least these seven subject areas. From the first conversation to ongoing operation, each one produces a tangible output and a decision gate before moving forward.
AI doesn't belong to one department. Leadership, IT, Security, HR, Legal, and Domain Experts all hold pieces of the puzzle. We give you a simple AI Conversation Map to identify who knows, who owns, who is affected, and what evidence exists.
What did you discover? Shadow AI usage? Contradictory security policies? Knowledge trapped inside individual employee heads? These aren't problems with your AI. They are insights about your company, and they are invaluable.
You don't have to solve everything before talking to us. You are ready for a CerAImic strategy conversation when you have enough understanding to ask meaningful questions, or when you realize which answers you lack.
You bring domain knowledge, business context, and your operational questions. We bring AI expertise, systems architecture, ITAM governance discipline, and the questions you haven't thought to ask yet.
Together, we define strategic priorities, use cases, data sovereignty, governance, and technology requirements. The output is a clear, actionable direction, not a collection of disconnected subscriptions.
Only now do we introduce technology: open-weight models, private AI systems, custom multi-agent workflows, and secure integrations. We select technology to serve the strategy, never the other way around.
When AI becomes part of your ongoing operations, selected clients gain access to the CerAImic Nerve Center: an agentic operating harness designed to coordinate multi-agent tasks on sovereign infrastructure.
The Discovery Journey exists because of a pattern we kept walking into. Every rollout we were called into had the same first failure, and it was never the technology: nobody in the building could say where AI would actually save time. Twelve questions is the shortest honest version of the audit we run on day one, so we put it online and gave it away.
The EU AI Act Check exists because of a different question. Small businesses kept asking whether the Regulation even applies to them, and the honest answers available were a law firm's hourly rate or a hundred and forty-four pages of Official Journal text. So we built the check we would want to take: what you actually use, mapped onto the risk tiers, with the dates that matter.
The guide came out of the check. People did not want their tier and a shrug; they wanted the shape of the law itself. Five questions an SMB actually asks, in plain language, with the article references one click away.
12 questions. About 5 minutes. Answer fundamental questions about how your organization currently understands, uses, and thinks about AI. You'll receive an initial Starting Point profile.
A consultancy asks more questions than this, and more dedicated to your company.
The Regulation, mapped onto what you actually use: a risk tier per use case, the obligations that follow, and what is due when. The conservative reading is built in, so anything we cannot place is treated as high-risk until a person reviews it.
Run the check →The law in plain language: whether it applies to you at all, what is banned outright, what counts as high-risk, whose duties are whose, and how it touches the GDPR you already deal with.
Read the guide →We don't sell AI adoption. We help organizations develop AI capability. Adoption is dropping a tool into a business and hoping people use it. Capability is making sure your organization understands why, where, how, and when to use AI, and possesses the sovereign infrastructure to evolve with it.
Executive alignment workshops and hands-on team training rooted in human communication dynamics and NLP principles. We build management and workforce literacy so your people can direct, evaluate, and think with AI systems.

An operational agent harness for selected organizations. The Nerve Center is a managed service platform running dedicated agent workflows on our private backend. Model selection is managed entirely by CerAImic based on task intake and complexity.
Key Deliverables: Managed Backend Agent Harness · Automated Workflows · Curated Open-Weights Model Routing
You may simply need better internal AI literacy.
You may need to talk to your own department heads first.
You may need to structure your domain data or establish basic security governance.
You may already have everything required to start experimenting safely.
And sometimes, you may need CerAImic. Our job is to help you figure out which one is true.
How most engagements start.
In most cases we begin with a free 1/2 hour intake to see if a consultancy or implementation trajectory is feasible. Then we could have a few more intakes to scope the project(s) and to be able to make the best possible fixed price offer. This will contain plan highlights, to which stakeholders we need to talk to, and what the goal is of the project.
How we build.
I am a big supporter of open-source, open-weights whenever possible. This is the core stack I plan the implementation around. If there is something really specific that requires closed source, then we accommodate that also.
We have had implementations. Instead of inventing the wheel over and over, we do first explore if there is something we already have built that offers the foundation of what you want and need.
You don't need an AI consultant pretending to know your industry better than you do. You need someone who can translate your strategy into a system, build it, and keep it running.
The checks above are the homework. Bring the results if you ran them: a much better conversation starts with shared facts.
