The CerAImic AI Discovery Journey.
12 questions. 5 minutes. A practical starting point for your AI strategy: not a maturity score, a baseline.
What you get, before you decide whether it is worth your time
- A position on five areas. Understanding, strategy, delivery, governance and data, each placed at Early, Developing or Established. Not a score out of 100. A position you can argue with.
- A readout that reads your twelve answers together. Most assessments tell you which section you were weak on. This one looks for the patterns across all of them, including any answer your score is hiding.
- The part most people skip. A worksheet of six questions to take to the people who actually own the answers in your business.
Then five more questions, after the twelve
Once you have had those conversations, the Reality Check asks what your team actually said. Five questions, each answered yes, unsure or no:
- Did leadership and employees describe the purpose of AI differently?
- Did you find AI tools or browser extensions in use that IT had no visibility over?
- Did different departments contradict each other on data security or AI usage rules?
- Is the knowledge needed to power AI trapped in individual employees' heads rather than in documented systems?
- When you asked who decides your AI policy, did people point to someone else?
One verdict at the end. It answers a different question from the twelve you have just answered: not what the funder thinks, but what the people doing the work think.
What happens at the end
You will be asked whether you want to keep a copy of your results, and whether you would like a follow up. Both are optional, and you can submit your answers anonymously instead, where nothing that identifies you is sent with them.
Your report is on the page either way, before you are asked anything about yourself.
Your answers stay in your browser until you choose to share them.
