Why CerAImic Exists

A founder. Three disciplines. One way of working.

The person

Who builds CerAImic.

Ali Najef Abu Ita, founder of CerAImic

CerAImic is built by Ali Najef Abu Ita. His main job is Technical ITAM consultant at Noventiq. CerAImic, and the CerAImic Nerve Center at its core, is what he builds in the off hours, while he keeps developing the system.

The name CerAImic comes from ceramic, the material that takes a shape and holds it. That's what we try to build: AI systems that take shape from your actual business and hold that shape under load.

After I started publishing what I was making with CerAImic Nerve Center (Framework), I slowly got the attention of people and companies that were interested. The interest was first for the Agent Framework I was building, but later on I was also more and more asked to consult, then, while I did my consults, if I could also build. This website is the profinalisation of my work.

I can clearly see that my approach works and my philosophy of using Open Source \ Weights is something that almost no other firm is delivering, this while for most companies this brings cheap and customizable software and models within reach. Yes, open source in most cases does not have the same support level as the big firms like Microsoft and AWS. But it also does not have the same price tag and vendor locks they have.

What we host and monitor is the CerAImic Nerve Center. Practitioner note: we favour open-source tools and open-weight models, and we work where your work actually happens, not in a slide deck about it. You should be able to understand what you're running, control your data, change your models, and avoid unnecessary vendor lock-in.

The background

My background doesn't fit neatly into one box.

Over two decades, I have managed enterprise software estates, audited IT assets, and navigated complex procurement tenders. I have engineered multi-agent AI frameworks, local model orchestration layers, and custom automation tools. And through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy, I have studied how human beings communicate, process information, make decisions, and adapt to systemic change.

Three disciplines

Three disciplines. One way of working.

Enterprise Governance

Years of IT Asset Management work: auditing licensing, navigating EU tenders, managing enterprise software estates. The discipline of treating infrastructure as accountable, documented, and auditable. We bring that rigour to every AI system we touch.

Multi-Agent AI Engineering

Building multi-agent AI frameworks, local model orchestration layers, and custom automation tools. Engineering AI systems that operate in production, not in demos, with the open-weights and open-source discipline that keeps them yours.

Human Communication

NLP practice and hypnotherapy work, studying how human beings communicate, process information, make decisions, and adapt to systemic change. The lens through which technology adoption actually happens, and where most AI initiatives quietly fail.

My human change work, individual coaching practice, and articles on Neuro-Linguistic Programming are hosted separately at MindArchitecture.

At first, enterprise governance, agentic code, and human psychology might appear to be completely unrelated disciplines. They aren't.

Each one deals with complex systems. Each requires understanding what is happening beneath the surface. And each requires turning opaque, chaotic friction into something that can be understood, structured, controlled, and improved.

That is the thinking behind CerAImic. We don't start with the technology. We start with the question of what your organization actually needs.

CerAImic. Less hype. More capability.

Three disciplines.
One founder.
Capability, not adoption.
