Big milestone today: I just successfully delivered my first official AI agent consulting job! ๐
I built and deployed a multi-channel digital assistant using the OpenClaw framework to handle a company's front-line operations completely on autopilot:
24/7 VoIP Operations: Direct telephony integration to handle incoming calls around the clock.
Calendar & Appointment Scheduling: Autonomously scheduling meetings and coordinating timelines.
Inbox & Support Management: Processing and resolving incoming emails and service requests independently.
Event-Driven Computer Vision: Integrated with the facility's security cameras. When a camera detects movement, it triggers a stream directly to the agent, which analyzes the footage to distinguish between family members, colleagues, or unknown visitors and generates instant descriptions.
To back this up, I also closed a small maintenance deal. My CerAImic Nerve Center receives basic operational statistics on how the agents are performing, allowing me to monitor health, token usage, and execution latency without touching the client's private data streams.
For the first 1 to 3 months, I'm using this telemetry to establish a performance baseline, allowing the system to dynamically learn and determine how its own infrastructure behaves under load.
Building, testing, and shipping an edge-computing, vision-capable agent network completely solo has been an challenge, but seeing it run live in production makes it all worth it.
This is just deployment number one. The infrastructure is proven, the framework is solid, and I'm ready for the next one! ๐
